I am exploring Mailtrap for email testing and am particularly interested in how it supports team collaboration. Specifically i am curious about the access control features:
User Roles: How granular are the permissions? Can you assign different levels of access to team members?
Sharing Sandboxes/Projects: How does sharing work? Is it straightforward to give team members access to specific sandboxes or projects?
Billing Access: Is there a way to grant billing permissions to someone without giving them full access to the projects?
If you're using Mailtrap in a team setting, I'd love to hear about your experience with these features. Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated!





I’ve used Mailtrap solo but never in a team setup. My guess is they’d have role-based permissions, but I’d love to know if it’s flexible for bigger teams. It’s kind of like shopping at Shop sneaker deals — looks simple at first, but you realize there’s more depth once you dive in.
