Windows executor?

Is there any available executors for Windows, without having to run an android emulator? I don't have a gaming rig, and would just be much easier for me.

Thanks, but though I paid for Zenith, I can't get installed, and I'm definitely not turning off my anti-virus. In fact, the exe file keeps coming up being detected as a trojan, so how can I put faith in that? I was hoping someone had links to actual, true file downloads, that aren't questionable.
